Caren Sabol

Caren earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is actively pursuing licensure as a professional counselor in the state of Delaware. She has worked in several different roles in community mental health, including as a behavior specialist and outpatient therapist, as well as conducting psychological evaluations for children and adolescents.


She has a wide range of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism, and adjustment to life transitions. Caren implements techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and mindfulness in her practice.


Caren takes a collaborative approach to treatment and is committed to using a strengths-based perspective to support her clients in building the skills that will help them achieve their goals. Caren has a direct, validating, and supportive style in session.
