About the Event
Over the years, these four clinicians have seen the complexities of sending a child off to college and have developed strategies and supports to help ensure a smooth transition. During the first part of this 3 hour course, students and their care givers will take part in separate tracks specifically designed to address their role in seeking a healthy change into living independently, accessing academic supports, navigating complex social situations and attend to their mental health. Afterwards, each family will create a plan based on their unique needs, relationship and specific school of choice with the guidance of a licensed clinician.
