the sun said,
“it hurts to become”

Becoming the person you want to be can be challenging-- and sometimes scary. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or someone you love, therapy can be a valuable tool. I am proud to be your partner in this journey as we navigate whatever challenges have brought you here.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and I earned my degree from Widener University in clinical Social Work. I have worked in the field for seven years, primarily with children, adolescents, teens, and families. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, including CBT, DBT, attachment-focused, and family-based models. I am a relationship-centered practitioner who believes that the work we do together requires trust and safety before all else. My work and values are anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, body positive, and trauma-informed.
