Sometimes life asks us to carry more than we were ever meant to hold. I know what it’s like to do the hard work of healing, to face what’s been avoided, to rebuild trust in yourself, and to realize that peace is possible. Therapy changed my life in ways I never expected, and it’s what continues to guide how I show up for others.

Connection, accountability, and vulnerability are vital not just for survival, but for growth and healing. There’s nothing else I would rather be than a Jedi in the face of others’ pain and suffering — helping individuals rediscover their hearts (or find them for the first time) and witnessing the joy that comes through self-discovery truly feels like a dream job.

My on-site experience began at the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania and Compassionate Care Hospice during my undergraduate social work program at West Chester University. I earned my master’s degree in social work from Widener University and completed my internship at the Crozer-Keystone Center for Family Health. The people I’ve worked with and the incredible teams I’ve been part of have become the foundation for the meaningful work I continue to do today.

I have experience supporting children on the autism spectrum as a Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) in homes, schools, and community settings. I’ve also worked with adults in inpatient mental health and drug and alcohol treatment, providing individual and group therapy as well as psychoeducational sessions. I hold a trauma certificate—though the deepest learning has come from the courageous individuals who have shared their most painful, dark, and shameful experiences with me.

I’d be honored to sit with you as you unpack your life. Whether that happens through a bin of toys or through words, we’ll work together to find what you’re looking for.
