FAQ

1. How much is the session fee?

The session fees vary between each therapist and prescriber. To get more information on fees visit their individual pages which you will find on our "Our Staff" page.

2. How long are the sessions?

Sessions can range from 45 to 55 minutes for our therapists. Our prescribers sessions are 60 minutes for the first session and 30 minutes for the follow up sessions.

3. Can you provide bills to submit to insurance?

If your insurance is out of network we can provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance company, in hopes that you might receive reimbursement from your insurance plan. To see which insurances are in network please see their individual pages which you will find on our "Our Staff" page to get more information.

4. What do I do if my medication requires an insurance prior authorization?

If your pharmacy is telling you that your medication is not covered by your insurance and/or your insurance plan is requiring a prior authorization, BEFORE requesting a prior authorization, please first ensure that your pharmacy is using your correct, updated insurance/prescription plan when attempting to fill the medication.

If your up-to-date insurance/prescription plan is requiring the prior authorization, please email your prescriber's admin and include the following information:

- Full name

- Date of birth

- Medication requested (including name, dose, and frequency)

- Pharmacy

- Your insurance plan’s prescription benefit information

- Name of plan

- ID number

Please note that prior authorizations may take up to 5 business days to be completed.  Once we hear a determination on coverage from your insurance, your pharmacy will be notified and told to fill the medication and contact you that it is ready for pick up.
