Alapocas Collaborative Care is a small group of providers who came together in 2018 to create a thoughtful and personalized approach to the mental health needs of individuals and families.

Our mission at Alapocas Collaborative Care is to provide thoughtful and personalized care to improve the quality of life of individuals and families. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment as well as a safe and confidential space to meet the needs of our patients. We are determined to provide quick and thoughtful responses at all levels of our practice starting with the first intake phone call or email.
