
Catherine Del Vecchio

Catherine is a licensed associate counselor of mental health with a background in international relations and peace building. Her passion for counseling developed out of these experiences and her desire to contribute to building stable and peaceful communities, starting with the individual. Catherine works with adults ages 18+, taking a holistic, strengths-based approach to foster resilience, personal growth, and self-trust in a compassionate, safe environment.
She has a special interest in working with individuals impacted by environment-based trauma, including first responders and those with experience in conflict-affected areas. Catherine draws on her prior work and education to support clients as they navigate reintegration, adaptation, and future planning. She collaborates closely with each client to support their unique goals for treatment and their vision for their life ahead.
Catherine is a Licensed Associate Counselor of Mental Health (LACMH) and holds an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University. She completed her clinical internship at Bryn Mawr College Counseling Services. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring local parks, and discovering new reads at the library.
