Alapocas Collaborative Care is now hiring a Mental Health Therapist for Children and Adolescents!

We are a small mental health private practice with a boutique feel in beautiful Wilmington, DE. We have open positions for outpatient mental health therapists to see children, adolescents, adults and families. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited to grow clinically, collaborate closely with peers and find a work-home balance that values your well-being and professional goals.

Joining our team requires dedication to personal and professional growth and we will give back to our clinicians through individual and group consultation on a variety of clinical skills, as well as consultation on medication management with our prescribers. All therapists have access to mobile EHR software that allows providers to work from home when helpful, streamlines reimbursements and cuts down on time spent completing clinical paperwork.
