Aimee McFarlan, LCSW
 (she/her/hers)
 

Aimee earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Literature with a Black American Studies minor in 1992. Always socially conscious and interested in helping others she decided to pursue a master’s degree in social work. In 2000 she gained her initial experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting. She then pursued her joy in 2010 and transitioned to an outpatient practice setting.

Having the time and support to grow and transform is so important for all of us. I provide that for my clients in a peaceful, inclusive and safe environment. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions including mindfulness, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), CBT-I (Insomnia), social skills training, limit and boundary setting, communication skill building, and acceptance. I provide services for adolescents 12-21 and adults.
