I am an administrative assistant at Alapocas Collaborative Care. My main roll is monitoring the nurse practitioners' inboxes, which includes fielding questions, assisting with refills, obtaining documentation, and scheduling. I also aid in the collaboration between providers, managing external scheduling and working closely with the pharmacies.
