Adelle is a Family Nurse Practitioner currently enrolled in a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at University of Delaware, set to graduate in December 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Johns Hopkins University in 2015 and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017. With five years of experience as an FNP in primary care, Adelle brings a holistic approach to her practice, emphasizing the connection between mental health and physical wellness. Her commitment to mental health is complemented by her Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine, enabling her to promote healthy lifestyle choices that enhance overall well-being. Adelle believes in fostering a safe and collaborative environment where patients can openly communicate their needs. She treats children, adolescents and adults with mental health needs, and is dedicated to working together with her patients and other providers within their care team to develop individualized treatment plans. In her free time, Adelle enjoys hiking, running, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
