I am a therapist providing outpatient services to clients ages 7 and up. My approach centers on building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, their loved ones, and their support systems. I believe that a collaborative and trusting relationship is key to effective therapy.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware, where I developed a deep understanding of social dynamics and human behavior. I then pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Bryn Mawr College, equipping me with strong clinical skills and a solid foundation in evidence-based practices.

In therapy, I focus on tailoring my therapeutic approach and making sessions engaging and relatable to meet the unique needs of each individual, drawing from a range of modalities and techniques to support their growth and healing, including those that focus on attachment and family work. This approach emphasizes the importance of secure relationships in healing, helping clients and families strengthen emotional bonds and improve communication.

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel confident and comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. When I'm not in the office, you can find me running, playing sports, and spending quality time with friends and family. These activities not only keep me active but also remind me of the importance of balance and connection in life. I look forward to continuing to grow in my practice and to making a positive impact on the lives of those I work with.
