Explore the power of art and mindfulness as tools for reducing stress and enhancing emotional well-being in this 8-week workshop. This supportive and non-judgmental space allows participants to engage in creative expression through various art forms—whether painting, drawing, or collage —while incorporating mindfulness practices like deep breathing, body awareness, and meditation. Sessions will be guided by a licensed art therapist and may have the option to include some time outdoors, allowing participants to connect with nature for added relaxation and inspiration. No prior artistic experience is needed, as the focus is on the process rather than the outcome. Through mindful art-making, participants can connect with their inner selves, release everyday stress, and cultivate a sense of peace and relaxation. Group sessions are designed to promote self-reflection, emotional release, and personal growth, helping individuals develop healthier coping strategies for managing life’s challenges.
$360 for series ($45 per session)
